Hypomani (Hypomanic)

Var på studiebesök idag på ECT-mottagningen. Kände dock redan när jag vaknade kl 4 att jag var smått hypomanisk. Kände det klassiska i bakhuvudet och även på bussen att jag hade svårt att sitta still, och på ECT-mottagningen så kände jag hur jag skakade inombords.
Senare när jag var hos skolkuratorn så kunde jag inte sluta prata. Det här är verkligen bra. Eller snarare inte alls. Och den här veckan är full i schemat på APL. Jag hoppas verkligen jag får bukt med den här hypomanin nu innan det bryter ut och blir värre.

Was on a study visit today at the ECT reception. I felt already when I woke up at 4am that I was a little hypomanic. Felt the classic symptom in the back of the head and also on the bus that I had difficulty sitting still, and at the ECT reception I felt how I was shaking on the inside. 

Later, when I was at the school curator, I couldn't stop talking. This is really good. Or rather not at all. And this week is full in the schedule of the APL. 

I really hope I cope with this hypomania now before it breaks out and gets worse.
